This example is a classic Millionaires Shortbread.
Its an all time favourite and set to stay there!
Twist on the Classics
Biscoff Millionaires, biscoff biscuits, biscoff spread, chocolate and caramel whats not to like.
Other vairations include oreo or cookie millionaires.
Rocky Road(s)
This was an everything but the sink style example using up Christmas chocolates.
Rocky Road is asily tailered to match the season, reds and pink hearts for valentines, reds and green for xmas or even xmas pudding shaped with white chocolate drizzle for example.
Traybake Cakes
Fresh and zesty lemon drizzle cake, sticky ginger and plum cake or a blackberry crumble cake.
The traybake format makes them easy to transport and share.
Brownies
Brownies are delicious and versitile.
This leads to many flavour combinations. Most flavours work as long as they are bold enough to complement the intense chocolatey goodness.
Blondies
Salted caramel blonde crammed with salted caramel and white chocolate chunks ..... need i say anymore.
Actually might just keep all of this one for myself!
